sardines, caviar, egg yolk, almonds, sesame seeds, kale, collards, mustard greens, soybeans, cheese, and molasses.
Moderate:
shrimp, scallops, salmon, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, cabbage, figs, beet greens, onions, broccoli, milk, and yogurt.
