Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you wish to return an item please email us at info@essential-nutrients.net to obtain a RAN# "Return Authorization Number". No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Number" that you obtained from our customer service department.
Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping Charges for expedited Federal Express, UPS or USPS delivery which is delayed due to shipper problems (out of our control) are NOT refundable.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the product along with your RAN# within 30 days for an exchange, or for a refund of your purchase price less shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.
There are No Refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order.
